Hey There,
My name’s Nicole.

Nicole Hepburn, LPC, M. ED

I am so happy you are here…

Finding yourself looking for a therapist can be so intimidating, so way to go on making it this far. I know it can feel overwhelming but my goal, first and foremost, is to create a space for you.

One of my favorite things about therapy is coming along next to people and being their guide, sounding board, or whatever you want to call it while you navigate life. I have found a lot of times we all just need a safe space where we can let it all out in a judgment-free zone. There are no perfect people and we are all out here just trying to make it.

My goal is to help people not just feel like they are surviving but get to a space where they feel they can thrive.

The boring stuff…

I graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 2007. I then continued my educational journey at the University of North Texas and graduated with a Masters in Education, Counseling in 2012. I worked in Wyoming for 6 years after graduating before moving back to Texas and eventually joining The Sparrows Collective.

I love working with people who….

…Are ready to work on themselves not because they need to change but because they are ready to live life more freely. I often find myself talking to clients who are so tired of fitting into all the social norms and pressure and ready to just let go.

I am often drawn to clients who are struggling in their relationships, and with the daily anxieties of life.

As a single parent I also love working with parents who find themselves struggling with the daily challenges we can all feel as parents.

I think it is the goal of every therapist to work ourselves out of job. We want our clients to grow into a version of themselves that don’t need us anymore.

When I’m not in the office…

I am busy being a single mom of an athlete who’s adventures take us all over the country. Being a mom is never a dull moment. And HOLY MOLY is it HARD WORK!

I also love to find a cozy spot and read a good book, when I can find the time.
